What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

"Don't ask who's my friend, but who can I be a friend to." My parents would say that to us all the time growing up. It's one of my favorite pieces of advice because it's so easy for me to worry about what other people think of me and instead it helps me to remember that loving other people is what actually matters.

How do you love your body and stay true to you?

I enjoy cooking and trying new healthy recipes. I try to research and learn about food and why certain things are good for my body, which motivates me to eat for my health.

Why is fitness important to you?

Fitness is important to me because the Lord has given me one body and I want to be a good steward of what He's given.

Why would you tell someone to try True40?

True40 is such a positive, healthy form of fitness. I love that it combines so many amazing exercise techniques in 60 minutes. Also, It's pretty scary to try a new studio or gym, so I love that I can tell people that True40 is encouraging, body positive and challenging too.

What are you deathly afraid of?

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the dark. I know I was supposed to get over that like 15 years ago, but I still get a little nervous at night!

What is one item on your bucket list?

I would love to go see the Royal Ballet perform at the Royal Opera House in London.

What is one thing people don't know about you?
